Jul 15, 2009 We will stop accepting bookings of CRYO Banquet, Excursion and Accompanied Person's Programs after July 17. All applications for these programs must arrive by 11:59 pm in Japan Standard Time. However, we will still accept applications for Short Tours.

Now, we are accepting the entry to the Student Presentation Awards by indication for the entry to the competition when she/he submits an abstract(s). Please note that the abstract must be submitted by May 20.

Participants who want to attend extra-programs within Excursion ("Make Your Own Sushi" and "Make Your Own Music Box" programs), Accompanied Person's Programs and Post-Meeting Short Trip should reserve your seat by sending an e-mail to the Secretary by July 11.
