Hotel reservation through Hokkaido University Coop will begin on February 1, 2009.
We recommend you to book a hotel room when you fix your travel plan because July is a peak travel season in Japan. Hokkaido University Coop, our official agency for meeting preparation, has booked a block of rooms in hotels listed below (No. 1 to 5) with quoted rates. It will take your request starting from February, 1, 2009. We will upload a form to book a hotel room on this webpage later. Room will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. We will notify you after reservation is completed by e-mail or fax.
All rates quoted in Japanese yen are per room including all taxes and service charges (breakfast included). Rates of twin room are occupation rate by two people. All rooms are western style with a small bathroom. All hotels are within walking distance from the Conference Hall on the Hokkaido University Campus and from the JR Sapporo Station. Non-smoking rooms are available in each hotel on a first-come-first-served basis. Sapporo Aspen Hotel is main hotel for CRYO2009 in Sapporo.
