Instruction for Oral Presentations
Oral presentations except for plenary and keynote lectures will be 15-min long including 3-min Q&A session. Plenary lectures will be for 40 min including 5 min Q&A session and keynote lectures will be for 30 min including 5-min Q&A session. Please prepare your presentations accordingly.

PowerPoint files for all oral presentations must be submitted on a CD or a "USB stick" to an attendant at the Speaker's Room in Meeting Room #4 at least 60 min before the respective session starts. We strongly recommend you use our computers in lecture rooms. We will set one Windows (PowerPoint 2007) and one Mac machine (PowerPoint 2004) in each of the Lecture Rooms. If you have to use your own PC due to video and/or other media usage, please consult us as soon as possible. We can "process" PowerPoint presentations using Windows 2000 and higher.
