For registration, you need to print out the form from this page, fill in the form with your credit card information and fax (or e-mail) it as instructed. For people who have any trouble to use credit dard, please contact the Secretary (cryo09sapporo@for.agr.hokudai.ac.jp).
Follow the instructions below to register for participating in CRYO2009 (and if needed, the excursion and the hotel room reservations).
- Click the button "Registration and Hotel Reservation Form" at the bottom of this page and print out a PDF file of the Form.
- Fill in the Form. Make sure to put all information on the registration and, if necessary, the excursion and hotel room reservations (see "Hotel Information" and "Social Programs" pages).
- Fax the Form to the number indicated on the Form.
- After confirming your registration/excursion/hotel reservation/etc., you will receive the confirmation notice from us by fax.

Registration fee includes registration cost, an abstract book, daily breakfast, lunch, welcome reception, stationaries and bag, and all refreshments during coffee breaks and poster sessions.
Fee for Conference Banquet (10,000JPY per person), which will be held on July 23, is not included and additional. You need to buy tickets when you register. You may buy tickets for accompany people if you wish to do so. Please indicate it on the Form.
Fee for Excursion (5,000JPY per person), which is planned in the afternoon of July 22, Wednesday, is not included in the registration fee. Please indicate your interest on the Form to secure your place if you wish to join. You may book your place in the Excursion at the conference site only if the sheets are still available.
There will be other social programs (with nominal fees) available. Please see details in the "Social Programs" page.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will be honored only if received in writing. Please contact with the Secretary by e-mail. Fees (the numbers in parenthesis are fee for student) for cancellation are below.
Cancellation prior to June 10, 2009: 20,000 JPY (10,000JPY)
Cancellation from June 11 to June 30, 2009: 35,000 JPY (15,000JPY)
Cancellation after July 1, 2009: Full amount
