Welcome to our homepage!


We are investigating how dietary factors influence our body. Small amount of certain dietary factor often plays a critical role in maintenance of our body. Actually, we have many varieties of food stuff and composition of diet. Therefore, we pick up some interesting feature of food stuff or component, and study how they influence the body using physiological, biochemical and molecular biological techniques. Our aim is to clarify the way to keep us healthy and best condition via modifing our dietary habit.
