利用実績把握・装置の状態の維持

• 装置を利用する際は、コンピュータ上の利用簿(エクセルファイル)に記入してください。
• 適切な講習を受けてから使用してください。操作に不安のある方はお問い合わせください。
• トラブルの際は使用者名簿(利用簿と同じエクセルファイル)に◎を付している教職員に連絡し、利用簿に記入してください。
• 平日の自由測定時間は、短時間の1H, 13C測定のみとし、測定中離席しないでください。
• 土日祝日に長時間の測定をする方は予約カレンダーに記入してください。
• プローブヘッドのチューニングは通常重クロロホルムであわせておきます。別の溶媒での希薄試料のDEPT、二次元などチューニング変更が必要なときは、使用者名簿に◎を付している方が実施し、測定後は重クロロホルムに戻してください。チューニングを変更した際は、利用簿に記入してください。
• 測定したデータは適宜コピーを持ち帰ることとし、NMRホストコンピュータのハードディスクに長期間保存することは避けてください

Safety caution

User log file and maintenance of the machine

• Fill in the user’s log file (excel file) when using.
• Training by your supervisor or staff (not the student) is required before use.
• Anytime when you have difficulties during use, please call the staff.
• Whenever there is a trouble, do not try to solve by yourself. Call your supervisor and record the problem to the user's log file.
• Weekday free time is only for short time use. Do not leave the room during analysis.
• Reserve the machine prior to use when long time analysis is required during weekend. (Fill in the information to reservation tab of excel file)
• The DATA should be copied and stored by the user themselves. Avoid saving the data to the hard disk of PC. (Maybe deleted)

Advanced use

• Probe tuning
  • The usual setting is for CDCl3.
  • Only permitted person (who has ◎ besides the user registration file) is allowed to change the setting.
  • If changed, please restore the setting for CDCl3 and also record the tuning change to the log file.
