In recent years neighborhood nature which seemed to be a commonplace has been lost steadily. However, only when we have had a large-scale disaster caused by extreme events such as “the first in history of observation” occurring every year, many people have realized the great resilience of natural areas which absorbed such phenomena. Now that we are in a declining population society, we believe that utilizing these natural forces as infrastructure is the most reasonable planning for national landscapes.

However, in order to use Green in the form that one wishes, appropriate management is required. We are studying the appropriate planning and management method for  utilizing the power of nature.
