 In the master cources, I investigated the effects of recent frequent fires on the forest vegetation and biomass in the Russian Far East.
 Q How do recent changes of fire regime affect the boreal forests directly & indirectly?
 
 In the phD cource, I'd like to research the role of charcoal generated by the forest fire in the forest ecosystem, especially focusing on the effect on the microorganism.
