We recommend you to book your hotel room as early as possible because July is a peak travel season in Japan. We booked a block of rooms in hotels listed below with discount rates. If you wish to book your hotel rooms through our system, please fill in the Registration and Hotel Reservation Form (click the button at the bottom of "Registration" page and print it out) and fax it to us as early as possible. Room will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. We will notify you after reservation is completed by e-mail or fax.

All rates quoted are in Japanese yen. All rooms are western style with a small bathroom. All hotels are within walking distance from the Conference Hall on the Hokkaido University Campus and from the JR Sapporo Station.

You may not be allowed to do political and religious activities with other guests.
You will be expelled from Youth Hostel when you are drunk.

University Guest House

Several single rooms in University Guest House will be provided for young scientists. The House is located just next door to Conference Hall.
The price is approximately 2,500 (US$25) per person per night. The number of rooms is quite limited, so applicants who like to reserve a room in University Guest House should contact to Secretary by e-mail
<7th-ipchs@snowbell.lowtem.hokudai.ac.jp> as soon as possible.

Non-smoking rooms are available in each hotel on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payment:

Payment should be made either by credit card or bank transfer.

1) Credit card
Payment can be done by Visa, MasterCard or JCB on 21 days before your arrival. If you book your rooms within 21 days before your arrival, we will charge your credit card immediately after we process your reservation.

Diners Club, American Express and EuroCard are not accepted.

2) Bank Transfer
